​​LMJ Sports Training LLC is committed to providing high-quality athletic apparel, custom merchandise, and professional sports training services. By placing an order or booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Policy

Sports Apparel: LMJ Sports Training LLC offers official branded merchandise including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, sweatsuits, shorts, and more.

Custom Merchandise: Custom designs are limited to two (2) colors using heat transfer vinyl. Digital mock-ups are available upon request before printing. Artwork must be print-ready and sized correctly; if not, and LMJ Sports Training LLC cannot reach you promptly, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments. All custom merchandise orders require full payment before production. These items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns. Production typically takes 5–21 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Shipping costs will be added, and tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. LMJ Sports Training LLC is not responsible for misprints or defects on customer-supplied garments.

Sports Training Sessions: LMJ Sports Training LLC provides professional training in multiple sports including but not limited to basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and mobility development. Training is available as one-on-one, group, or team sessions and can be purchased individually or in multi-session packages. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All training sales are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a one-time reschedule, subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session without refund. While LMJ Sports Training LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, a new time slot is not guaranteed.

LMJ Connect: Through LMJ Connect, LMJ Sports Training LLC connects athletes with independent, qualified coaches in their chosen sport. These coaches operate as independent contractors, not employees of LMJ Sports Training LLC. Training booked through LMJ Connect is subject to the same payment, cancellation, and refund policies as outlined above.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales for custom merchandise and training services are final unless otherwise stated in writing by LMJ Sports Training LLC.

​

Custom Merchandise: Non-refundable and non-returnable once an order is placed. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. LMJ Sports Training LLC will assess issues on a case-by-case basis and determine if corrective action is warranted.

Non-Custom Merchandise:

• Eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are based on the original shipment rate.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of LMJ Sports Training LLC receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Training Sessions: Refunds are issued only if an LMJ Sports Training LLC staff member fails to attend a scheduled session. All other training purchases are final sale.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is packaged and ready for shipment, LMJ Sports Training LLC will send a confirmation email with tracking details. Final shipping costs may be adjusted based on package size and weight. All shipments include up to $50 of insurance; additional coverage is available for an extra fee. Replacement orders will only be processed after the insurance claim is approved.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, deliverable addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will incur additional shipping fees. LMJ Sports Training LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damages; however, we will assist in tracking and investigating lost shipments. Once a package leaves our facility, it is outside our direct control.

Media & Social Media Policy

By purchasing merchandise or booking a service with LMJ Sports Training LLC, customers grant permission for LMJ Sports Training LLC to photograph and/or record custom merchandise for promotional purposes on platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

 

By participating in training sessions, athletes (and their parent/guardian, if under 18) consent to LMJ Sports Training LLC photographing, filming, or recording sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. To opt out, you must provide written notice to LMJ Sports Training LLC prior to your scheduled session.

 

Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
