Payment Policy​

At LMJ Sports Training, we are proud to offer both high-quality custom apparel and professional basketball training services. Please review the following policies carefully before placing an order or booking a session.

All custom merchandise orders, including personalized t-shirts, require full payment before production begins. These are final sale items with no refunds or returns, as each piece is custom-made. We limit designs to two colors using heat transfer vinyl, and customers may request a digital mock-up for approval before printing. Artwork must be print-ready and properly sized; if not, and if customers cannot be reached promptly, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments. Production usually takes 5–21 business days after payment and finalized design files are received. Shipping costs will be applied, and tracking will be provided once shipped. Rush orders are available at an additional fee, and LMJ is not responsible for misprints or defects on customer-supplied garments.

For basketball training sessions, offered as individual or group, and available as single, weekly, or monthly packages, full payment is required at the time of booking. All training sales are non-refundable, including missed or unused sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a one-time rescheduling, pending availability. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the session without a refund. While we do our best to accommodate advance rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee a new time slot.

 

Refund Policy​

At LMJ Sports Training, we value transparency and fairness. Please review our updated policy below to understand how refunds are handled across our different offerings.

Once an order is placed, whether partial or full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for custom merchandise or training services unless noted otherwise. All custom apparel is made to order and is therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. If there are any concerns with your custom order, they must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. LMJ will assess the issue at our sole discretion and determine if corrective action is warranted.

LMJ-owned t-shirts (non-custom items) may be eligible for a refund only if the item is returned unworn and undamaged, unless a defect was reported by the customer upon delivery. For basketball training sessions, refunds will only be issued if an LMJ staff member fails to attend a scheduled session. All other training-related purchases are considered final sale. Rescheduling is available with sufficient notice, as outlined in our Payment Policy.

 

Shipping Policy​

Once your order has been completed, packaged, and prepared for shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided. Because each order varies in size and weight, final shipping costs may be adjusted once the order is boxed and ready for delivery. All shipments include up to $50 of insurance coverage; additional insurance is available upon request for an added fee. If a claim is made, LMJ will only reproduce an order after the insurance process is completed and approved.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. LMJ is not liable for delays, losses, or misplacement of packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if an order does not reach its intended destination, LMJ will actively investigate the issue and communicate with the customer throughout the process. Please note: Once a package leaves our facility, it is no longer under LMJ’s control.

 

Social Media Policy​

By completing a purchase or booking a service with LMJ Sports Training, customers grant permission for LMJ to photograph custom merchandise for promotional use across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.

Additionally, by participating in basketball training sessions, athletes and their parents or legal guardians consent to LMJ photographing, videotaping, or recording training activities for promotional purposes. These images and videos may be posted on LMJ’s social media accounts to highlight athlete development, showcase training techniques, and promote our programs. If you wish to opt out of media usage, please notify LMJ in writing prior to your scheduled session.
